If you use FrontPage to FTP to a paid account instead of publishing over HTTP, it wipes out your FrontPage extensions. You can re-install the extensions yourself by logging into your account and clicking on "Reinstall Front Page" or asking to have your extensions re-installed. Any files that you have FTP'd to the site may need to be republished via HTTP. You may also read the FrontPage Publishing/FTP Tutorial at frontpage
