Question: How do I delete or downgrade my account?
Answer: If you have a free account, you can delete your account at deleteme.
If you have a paid account, please fill out a support ticket at techform with your website address and password and we'll downgrade your account.
You may downgrade your account yourself from the User Manager of your account. Click on the Upgrade Your Site link, and then on the Downgrade My Paid Account link and then on the Downgrade Site and Process Credit button, and your account will be downgraded to a free account and a pro-rated refund will be issued.
